Three Ingredient Toddler Cookie Recipe

Three Ingredient Toddler Cookie Recipe

When I make oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, I have to sneak around to eat them because Jude, who’s a year old keeps asking for some. I don’t mind if he has one, but I’d rather him not eat too many because they’re not the healthiest snack around. Plus if I give him too many then there will be less for me!

So I found this oatmeal cookie recipe on Pinterest and Jude loves them. He had his friend Tyler over last week, and Tyler seemed to enjoy them too.

I tried them, but I made Hannah try them first just in case they were gross. They’re yummy! So here’s a recipe.

Ingredients

2 large old bananas

1 cup of  regular oats

1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Pulse 1 cup of oats in food processor or Vitamix for just a minute
  2. Add 2 bananas and 1 tsp cinnamon and mix just until combined
  3. drop tsp or so sized drops on greased cookie sheet. (I use parchment paper if I have it)
  4. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
  5. Let cool

Now you can go enjoy your oatmeal chocolate chip cookies in peace. You're welcome.
