Don't All Babies Poop On the Kitchen Floor?
Moms have you ever had one of those days? You know the ones I’m talking about. The kind of day where your teenager makes you cry and your baby poops on the floor and your cookie jar is empty!!!
Then to top it all off your uterus starts acting all crazy JUST BECAUSE you decided not to get pregnant that month. I mean seriously though who ate all the cookies?!
Anyway, it was one of those days and I just needed to focus on something else for a bit. One thing that makes me really happy is my pantry. I started working on my dream pantry a year ago. Basically what I mean by that is I started putting everything in containers! It makes me so happy. My container of choice is the OXO Good Grips POP brand. They’re kind of pricey which is why I’ve been working slowly buying one at a time. I’m so close to having all of the containers I need. I purchased them at a few different stores and half way through I realized there where two kinds which are ALMOST the same, but the lids are slightly different. That kind of bummed me out for a sec, but only because I’m slightly OCD about stuff like that. I’m over it now and overall still pleased with the progress.
It may sound crazy, but these containers kind of made me day. They made me forget all about the fact that I had to wipe up poop from the kitchen floor. So, basically the moral of the story is go buy containers when you’re feeling overwhelmed?
